  • Can I meet my trainer before committing to a program?
    Absolutely! Every prospect is offered a complimentary session with a trainer of their choice. During this session, your trainer will first conduct a personalized fitness assessment to understand your goals and current fitness level. Afterward, they'll guide you through a tailored workout, giving you a feel for our approach. Once the session is complete, our friendly sales representative will follow up to hear about your experience and help you select the package that best suits your needs and goals.
  • What program options are available to me?
    We offer two flexible program options to suit your needs: a 6-month program or a month-to-month commitment. Our 6-month program offers a discounted session rate, but it must be paid in full upfront. With this option, you can choose to commit to 2 to 5 sessions per week, ensuring you stay on track to achieve your fitness goals. If you prefer more flexibility, our month-to-month commitment allows you to choose the number of sessions that work best for your schedule, without the long-term commitment. You can also select 2 to 5 sessions per week, depending on your availability and goals.
  • What happens if I don’t use all my sessions by the end of my program?
    If you commit to our 6-month program, we allow an extra 60 days to complete any remaining sessions, giving you added flexibility. For our month-to-month commitment, you have up to 15 extra days to use any unfinished sessions. We want to ensure you have enough time to complete your program, even if unexpected circumstances arise.
  • How long Is each training session?
    Each personal training session is 60 minutes long, allowing ample time for a comprehensive warm-up, personalized workout, and cool-down. This ensures you get the most out of every session while staying on track toward your fitness goals.
  • Can I cancel a session? What is your cancellation policy?
    Yes, you can cancel a session, but we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours (unless it's a true emergency) of the scheduled session will incur a charge for the full session. This policy helps us manage scheduling and ensures our trainers' time is respected. If you need to cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • How do I schedule or reschedule a session?
    All session tracking and scheduling, including rescheduling, is managed directly by your trainer through the Luxury Fitness app. Simply reach out to your trainer through the app to schedule or reschedule a session at a time that works best for you. Your trainer will handle all the details and keep your sessions organized, ensuring you have a seamless and flexible experience. If you need to make any changes, your trainer will be happy to assist you within the app.
  • What if I want to work with a different trainer?
    If you feel that you'd be better suited with a different trainer, we completely understand and are happy to accommodate your request. Simply reach out to us through the Luxury Fitness app or contact our support team, and we’ll help match you with another trainer who better aligns with your needs and goals. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you have the best possible experience.
  • Are your services available for couples?
    Yes, we offer personal training for couples! Our trainers will create customized workout plans tailored to each individual’s fitness goals, ensuring a balanced and effective session for both partners. There’s an additional $20 per session for couples training, and we strive to provide a supportive and motivating environment for you both to reach your fitness goals together.
  • Do you provide any equipment for training sessions?
    Yes, we provide all the necessary equipment for your training sessions, including dumbbells, resistance bands, mats, and any other tools your trainer deems appropriate for your workout. If you have specific preferences or equipment you’d like to use, feel free to let your trainer know, and they’ll be happy to accommodate you. For in-home sessions, your trainer will bring everything needed to ensure a comprehensive and effective workout.
  • Is massage therapy included in my training program, or is it an additional service?
    Massage therapy is not included in your training program and is offered as an additional service.
  • What program options do you offer?
    We offer flexible program options to fit your goals and commitment level. You can choose from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions, with discounts for more frequent training. Our 6-month program offers a discounted session rate but requires full payment upfront, while our month-to-month commitment allows you to pay as you go.

    We offer a variety of massage therapy services tailored to your specific needs, including relaxation, deep tissue, lymphatic, and sports massage. Each type is designed to target different muscle groups and help with recovery, flexibility, and stress relief.
  • How long is each massage session?
    Each massage session lasts 60 minutes, allowing for a thorough and relaxing experience. Your therapist will take the time to focus on your specific areas of tension or discomfort to ensure you leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
  • What is your cancellation policy for massage sessions?
    We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of massage sessions. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session (unless it's a true emergency), you may be charged the full price of the session. This policy helps us manage our schedule and ensures our massage therapist’s time is respected

    Our nutrition coaching program includes personalized meal plans created by your trainer, tailored to your specific goals and dietary preferences. You’ll receive guidance on healthy eating habits and portion control, along with ongoing support to help you stay on track. Your trainer will provide regular updates to your meal plan to ensure it continues to align with your progress, and you’ll have access to 24/7 support for any questions or adjustments you need along the way.
  • Can nutrition coaching help with specific dietary restrictions or health conditions?
    Yes, our nutrition coaching can be customized to accommodate specific dietary restrictions, such as food allergies, gluten-free, vegan, or other preferences. Your trainer will create a meal plan that aligns with your goals while respecting your dietary needs. While we don’t offer medical advice or address chronic health conditions, we focus on providing practical, sustainable nutrition solutions that fit your lifestyle.
  • Do I need to follow a strict diet plan, or can I make gradual changes?
    You don’t have to follow a strict diet plan unless that’s what works best for you. Our nutrition coaching program is designed to be flexible, allowing you to make gradual changes at your own pace. Your trainer will create a meal plan that aligns with your goals while considering your lifestyle and preferences, so you can incorporate healthier habits without feeling overwhelmed. The goal is to make sustainable improvements that fit seamlessly into your routine.
  • Is nutrition coaching included in the program, or is it an extra charge?
    Nutrition coaching is included as part of your program. Your trainer will create personalized meal plans and offer ongoing support to help you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals. There are no extra charges for this service.
